Methi Dosa

 

Ingredients

1 Bunch of Methi(fenugreek leaves) Chopped

Wheat Flour 2 tbsp

Bajra Flour 4 tbsp

Onion Medium 1 finely chopped

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

chilli paste 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Oil 4 tsp

Method

Mix all ingredients in a bowl without the oil. Add water to make it  a batter or pouring consistency. Heat a Tawa and pour a ladle full of batter and speard it like a dosa. Add oil and cook on both the sides.( Can make 4 dosas)

Serve with pudina chutney.
