Vegetable Mayo

 

Ingredients

1 cup finely Grated cucumber

1 Cup Finely Grated Carrot

2 cups Hung Curd

1tsp oregano

Parsely 1tsp

Basil Leaves 1tsp

Chilli Flakes(optional)

Salt to Taste

Pepper Powder(freshly ground) 1/2tsp

 

Method:

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl. Blend if you want it like a smooth paste.( You can squeeze the water from cucumber and carrot if you wish to make a paste)

This can be used for Roti/Sandwich etc.
